I have to tell you, Hampton, GA has one of the most hospitable jailhouses I've ever had to spend any amount of time in!

My good friend Glenn Golden and I have been kicking around the idea of doing collaborative brews to raise awareness for the Georgia Craft Brewers Guild.  Community Service is one of these efforts and if I do say so myself, it represents one of the best beers either of us has ever brewed.

Community Service is a Scotch "Wee Heavy" Ale representing the best characteristics of this style (as far as Glenn and I are concerned).  There is still some of this very limited ale out there and it will make a very welcome Xmas present to any craft beer enthusiast who has loving friends and family who want to see them happy for the holidays.

As part of their monthly beer pairing The Marlay House will match O’Dempsey’s beers with their Chef's creations.

I hope to see you there since I wouldn't miss it for the world.

This is just like the mini Beer pairing dinner they host on the third Wednesday of the month.

Chef Mark will create two unique food dishes to pair with our Big Red Ale and Inukshuk IPA.

You can call ahead to avoid any disappointment and rsvp at 404-270-9950 however no RSVP is required.  Have at it until its gone...  Target cost $20-$25 depending on pairings (not incl Tax and Tip).
